Hey Arnold

This cartoon had a great vibe to it that really stood out from most others. Hey Arnold was very grounded and seemed to be more about fleshing characters in a neighbourhood rather than go on crazy out-there adventures. It's because of this that I always felt the writing for Hey Arnold was just smarter than most other cartoons out at the time.
