Matthew Forsythe's Oijingogo & Jinchalo

I was in Montreal when I came across these books. Whenever I make a trip out to Montreal, I try to make a stop at the Drawn and Quarterly brick and mortar. When I came across Oijingogo, I fell in love with the weird and adorable wordless comic immediately. This naturally led me to buy the second book Jinchalo the very next trip out.  These books are beautifully drawn by Matthew Forsythe and take you on a whimsical muted journey. Because they're wordless, I can blow through the books pretty fast but that also means they are books that get pulled from my shelf often.
