Action Bronson - Madness

I could easily do a full post on Action Bronson himself, but I feel that I will be tapping into his albums again for a future post.  I was searching out new hip hop a while back and Action Bronson definitely stood out as one of the best East Coast rappers.  Ironically, the one thing that he's probably most recognized for (being a fat white dude) is information I didn't get until AFTER I heard his album, Dr. Lecter.

Action is a wordsmith that keeps true to his roots rapping about Queens NY, Wrestling, Women, Weed, and most notably, food.  There were strong contestants for which song I would post up, but I found that Madness was the song I'd play out the most.  It is the perfect example of Actions ability to keep a strong flow and aggression while still choosing unique beats which really surprised me with how well they work.  Not surprisingly for someone named Action Bronson, the samples he chooses often give a feel of the old 70s action movies like Dirty Harry.
