Audioslave - Like a Stone

In highschool, my trivial angst hit a new level and I was in my full-blown emo phase.  Fueled by low self esteem and sad music, I would stay up late playing time-sink games until well past midnight.  'Like a Stone' can still bring that visceral response that I seemed to relish in back in the early 2000s.  With Chris Cornell's haunting vocals and the dissonant guitar riff, the song bled into my brain on repeat.
