Korea Adventure!
Hello!
Just a quick update for everyone. I will actually be going to South Korea for the next couple of weeks! During this time, I will be blogging Korean-themed posts for you all, which are all pre-scheduled. To stem off any hate, I should mention that I can't really blog too much about some of the most interesting topics of Korea, especially food and video games. This may seem like heresy since I will be in Seoul very much delving into both of these things, but hear me out.
For food, the problem is that I don't want to start blogging about it, because that's a slippery slope and can quickly get out of hand. I do have a secret travel blog floating around, but I try to keep that for my friends and family. Also, I honestly believe that no one actually cares about what I ate during my trip.
As for games, Korea knocks it out of the park. With legendary games like Ragnorak Online and more recent releases like Blade and Soul, it's easy to see why Korea has such a strong PC gaming culture (not even mentioning the giant elephant in the room). So why not blog about them? Because I haven't played them. Video gaming has become such a time consuming task that I have to be very careful with what games I pick up and play. Korean games in particular just demand too many hours and I have to avoid them.
When I return, the blog will be back to regular posts for a while, but I'm sure to find at least a couple things that will blow me away and leak into this blog. Until then, enjoy the Korean adventure posts!
